YSTW currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Available rates and expedited options appear at checkout.
What to expect.
Processing
Ready-to-ship orders usually process in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is typically within 5 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email as each parcel ships. You can also check your customer account or contact support.
Mixed-label orders
One checkout can include more than one label. Those pieces may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking update.
Need to change an address?
Contact support@youshaketheworld.com as soon as possible. An address change may not be possible once processing or shipment begins.
